Steps:
1. Paint nails with a light color; let dry.
2. Cut ten strips out of a newspaper.
3.Pour a little rubbing alcohol in a bowl or cup.
4. Wet one nail and press a strip of paper on it, but don’t leave it for too long.
5. Repeat step four on the other nails.
6. Cover with a clear coat.
